40 Hour famine,
The 40 hour famine is about giving something up, and you are only allowed Just Juice and Barley Sugars. There are only 4 groups of colours and the colours are:
Red
Blue
Green
Yellow

Ben took part in the 40 Hour Famine on the weekend Orsym and he played rugby with no food in his stomach. We then had a very yummy lunch after rugby and guess what? He couldn't have any! Ha Ha. Emma is much smarter (because she is a girl) and she only went without food for 20 hours and then 20 hours without electricity. Going without electricity for 20 hours was difficult and she had to lock herself in her bedroom, in the dark on Saturday night. It was funny.
